On occasion, the Surplus Property Division will make used state property available to the public through a "sealed bid." This process requires that written bids be mailed or hand delivered by a pre-determined date and time. This page lists any items currently available through the sealed bid process. Each item is linked to an official announcement that provides the exact procedures to be followed including the address to which bids must be sent and the deadline by which bids must be received. A description of the property being offered along with photos when available, will also be included. Please note that all times stated in the announcements are Central Standard Time.
