Section Chief
The Financial Services Section performs the following functions:
Accounting oversees cash management, division level budgets, and operations plans; processes receipts and payments; and prepares the financial reports submitted to applicable federal and state agencies.
Budget prepares the annual budget requests and operations plans for the department.
Control and Payroll maintains the integrity of the computerized accounting system and reports, interfaces data with the state central accounting system, and administers the payroll function.
Property Management maintains the records and inventories of the department and ADECA grant recipients' property.
Purchasing coordinates all departmental purchases of equipment, supplies and nonprofessional skill-type services.
