The Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs (ADECA) and the Alabama Department of Finance are partnering to promote saving energy in state buildings.  Utilizing energy-efficient building management practices and energy-efficient technologies in state buildings saves energy and water, reduces waste and pollution, and can lead to significant long-term cost savings for state government.
