Proposed Program Description
For the CDBG funds available under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, the State of Alabama has rescinded the proposed program description provided at the April 30, 2009 Public Hearing and the comment period has been suspended. Based on final guidance published by HUD, the State of Alabama has developed an alternative proposal which can be viewed at this link in both English and Español.
