An annual ARC Workshop is held in early August of each year, and project applications are due in the month of September.

All projects should be related to the goals and objectives set forth in Alabama's Appalachian Strategy Statement and in its Development Plan. All projects must have performance measures under each Goal area. When preparing the application, please follow the checklist provided on our web site. All of the forms and guidelines needed to complete an application are available online. An original and two copies of the application package should be sent to:
