The Office of Minority Business Enterprise’s (OMBE) primary objective is to serve and promote the interest of small and minority-owned and female-owned businesses. The office provides information on procurement and contracting opportunities with federal, state, county and city agencies and assist in meeting state procurement opportunities. Additionally, the office provides certification for minority and female owned businesses.
